The Centro Tessile Serico test lab is equipped with the most important and sophisticated means to carry out any technological test, physical, mechanical, chemical or dyeing, regarding textiles from fibres to the finished article as well as on the chemicals used in the textile industry.

The laboratory also carries out all the determination of eco-toxicological parameters and theexpertise on faulty goods, issuing a technical report with comments and opinions.
Customers can furthermore take advantage of consuelling aimed at the improvement of the product and the processing.

ACCREDITATION and RECOGNITIONS

Accredia

The technical and organizational competence of the Laboratory has been certified by the accreditation no.0045 ACCREDIA (Ente Italiano di Accreditamento) in conformity with the ISO\IEC 17025 standard, a prestigious recognition that ensures the reliability of the tests and their conformity to standards.

Ministero dell'Interno (Ministry of the Interior)

The flammability test laboratory has been authorized by the Ministry of the Interior to grant test certificates valid for the homologation of the materials in order to prevent fire, in conformity with D.M. 26.06.1984 and following amendments.

Marks & Spencer

The Centro Tessile Serico test labs have been accredited by Marks & Spencer, by acknowledging that the labs are qualified to carry out a series of tests, by following their methods and standards of quality so as to grant the relative certification.

Decathlon Standard

The test labs have been accredited by Oxylane Group to carry out a series of tests by following DS (Decathlon Standard) methods. 

Ecolabel

The test labs have been authorized to carry on test for the trademark Ecolabel, the ecological labelling system approved by the European Union and suitable to all textile products.

MIUR (Ministry of Education, University and Research)

The lab has obtained recognition by the MIUR (Ministry of Education, University and Research) as a Highly Qualified Research Laboratory and is registered on the Roll of Public and Private external Laboratories, Law no.46 of 17.02.1982, DM 16.05.1999 - G.U. no.125, 31.05.90..

QuESTIO

The test labs have been accredited QuESTIO (Quality Evaluation in Science and Technology for Innovation Opportunity) directory and accreditation system of the Research Centre and Technology Transfer of Regione Lombardia.
